CONCEPT

The Intra Fluidum installation was specifically designed for Galerie Chov, where for two months it connected the water micro-world with our reality. The essence of this visual laboratory is the continuous scanning of water droplets using a laser beam. Thanks to this principle, a unique projection is created, in which the viewer can see previously hidden systems of microorganisms. Another layer of the Intra Fluidum installation is the connection of the viewer’s imagination with the projection arising from the unique conditions of the place. For this purpose, the Intra Fluidum installation uses a local water source — in this case, the fire reservoir behind the gallery. Because it is a water source directly from the installation site, the viewer can more easily synchronise with the Intra Fluidum action and find connections between the place and the projection.
